my bladder fullness scale :3

1- just went not even an hour ago

2- if I relax for like 3 minutes I'll piss

3- I know I have to go, but just barely

4- almost halfway full, there is no doubt about the urges existence

5- halfway, normally when I would piss

6- squirming a bit, not too desperate

7- squirming (that's literally it)

8- desperate

9- leaking and can't sit still

10- wetting myself

stuff that makes my desperation worse:

• separating my legs

• bladder rubs (even though they feel soooo good)

• water

• water noises (only works at 6 and above)
