Wetrunner, by Weird Age Games, is a ttrpg about cyberpunk fish heist. In the 2150 when the world was ravaged by climate change, fish has almost went extinct and became a commodity for the rich in the future. Tech development to fix the ocean has stalled as the rich wanted to keep the value of their fishes high by artificially keeping them rare and few and could only be enjoyed by fewer.

If they won't give up their fish, then you will take them.
