The best way to convey someone is speaking is to replace all instances of “said” to “ejaculated”

So a long time ago I had a book-review blog (that is still up) @lanx-reads
I've been thinking of re-vamping the blog but instead of reading books I dislike I've been debating on whether or not to turn it into a blog dedicated to reading + reviewing indie books on tumblr and Amazon.
The issue is, of course, that when it comes to authors reading reviews of their books, there is a huge gray area. Reviews are meant to mainly be for readers to determine if they want to read a book (in my opinion) and as a wannabe author myself, also doing book reviews can def open up some gates that I may want to keep closed.
Likewise, positive reviews for indie authors can be a great way to promote a book. But likewise, I would want to be honest, and not every indie book, even if an author poured their heart and soul into the work, is a good book to everyone.
I have more thoughts but am working so maybe I can de-tangle them and make a more sensible post later.
Everyone says they love villainous characters until said character does something actually irredeemable and like.
What did you expect. This is a VILLAIN. We do NOT just stop and murder and mayhem here.
