註文：以上臺灣手語由兩個「多少」的手勢所組成，一手在上一手在下。此手勢是依日期傳統的寫法：上面的手指月份，下面的手指日期。在臺灣手語，打日期也是如此，列如上面的手打「一」，下面的手打「十」，即為「一月十號」，而打日期的手通常會搖動。

Note: the TSL sign above is made up of the sign for HOW MANY made with both hands, one over the other. This refers to how the date is traditionally written in Taiwan, with the number for the month on top, and the number for the date on the bottom. Signing the date in TSL follows this, so a ONE signed in one hand above a TEN signed with the other means “January 10th”. (In such a construction, the date number, 10 in the above example, usually has some shaking/wobbling.)
