I'm watching the Teen Wolf finale in the morning, but I thought, hey, if they reveal what Parrish is tonight, I want to take another guess before the big reveal goes down. I'm sure it's been suggested before, but now that I really think about it, I'm almost positive that Parrish is a psychopomp. They're in many myths, the majority of them Greek, and according to what I read, they ferry the dead from the living world to the afterlife, the Underworld. And what is the Underworld commonly associated with? Fire. Also, psychopomps don't pass judgment on those they collect, remaining unbiased to the deeds of the deceased before their death.
