Before I start a special thanks to @inkchoarts my best friend and co creator of our book!
Long ago before the age of sky domes humans roamed the earth, lush green grass covered the ground and animals roamed free. But unfortunately there was a massive outbreak of deseases that were believed to come from the insects so our great founder build the domes and we assendsd to sky as a means to avoid all the illness. Because (insert founders name) formed his society we can finally thrive after hundreds of years our development is outstanding! *The scene cross fades from the domes to a futuristic classroom with a teacher at the front and the back of several students heads*
Maxwell: if it's been hundreds of years don't you think the surface would be safe by now?? Why doesn't someone go check it out?
Teacher: well that's because- *he gets cut off by the bell*
Teacher: ah, end of class already? That concludes today's class!
Maxwell: *scrambling to grab his bag and put his textbooks/notes away*
Teacher: don't forget to grab your hollow discs on your way out! And Maxwell, *he stops max as he's walking out of the door with a half closed bag in his arms* if you'd like to come talk before school tomorrow we can go through the history books together and I can answer your questions then.
Maxwell: of course! Thank you sir. *He gives a small nod before walking out of the door, manovering between students eager to escape school for the day when he bumps into someone knocking his back to the ground* i-im terribly sorry! *He says while trying to gather his stuff from the ground, as he looks up to meet their eyes he's met by non other than the head of science himself, Lawrence (insert last name) a true idol of his. ***Here*** of all places.* O-oh! Mr. (Last name) Sir, I hope you can forgive me. Lawrence: *bends down to help pick up his stuff* ah, it's really no problem. They say the most scatterbrained are often among the smartest. Did you know that? *He says while handing him a book* Maxwell: no I didn't! Quite fascinating. Thank you for the knowledge *he says with a smile* and may I just say it's truly an honor to meet you mr.(Last name) A shame it's under such embarrassing circumstances. *He says while taking his book from Lawrence's hand. After he gathers his bearings and his stuff he stands up* my name is Maxwell! *He offers his hand* a pleasure to meet you.
Lawrence: *takes his hand* the pleasure is all mine young Maxwell. I must be going but I hope I see you among the contestants in the science fair tomorrow, you seem like a promising young lad. Maxwell: I'll be there! It'll be an honor to have you as the judge of my end of year project. Farewell. *He gives a bow and skurrys off with a newfound excitement in his step*
