I was asked to post some examples of what I’m currently eating to keep fat high and protein low. Here are 3 days examples. I usually eat 2 meals and a snack, and I’m 100% satisfied with this! I’m not depriving myself, I’m simply not hungry for more than this, if I was, I would eat more.

My secret to success is to go for it. The worst that can happen is they say no or it doesn't work and I'm exactly where I started. But if it works then I'm taking steps forward. It's taken me a long time to get there and I'm still working on it but it's been a good thing so far.

My mom used to tell me that all the time! Great minds think alike :) I think that’s a wonderful mentality to have.

 Do you prefer cool or warm climates?: Cool! I loooove fall weather and I'd rather wear cardigans than tank tops.

Do you have any pets? If so, names and what they are: One feisty formerly wild cat named Sunny. I can't wait until I can adopt a dog and take him/her on daily hike adventures but right that's not a possibility.

Height: 5'4"

Do you prefer partners taller, shorter, or the same height as you? I only recently developed a preference of taller or the same height.

Favorite fruit: Bananas and cherries, it's a tie!

Where do you go to chill-out and de-stress?: My bath tub! It's the best de-stresser.

Name five of your favorite scents: Specialty caramels we sell at our store (they smell ammmazing!) vanilla, home baked bread, pine trees (real trees, not the fake candle scent) and finally that fresh out of the shower clean smell.

Do you have any tattoos or piercings? What and where: One large tattoo of birds representing non-conformity on my left inner bicep, one quote tattoo on my right arm and just my ears pierced.

Last song you sang: Hmmm not sure.

What color are your eyes? Blue. I have a friend who has a mom who comments on my eyes every time she sees me. I kinda love it. :)

If you could only watch ONE TV show, which one would it be? The Daily Show. At least I'd be satirically informed.

Do you have any motivational quotes hanging up in your house? What’s your favorite one?: Ohhhh I love my quotes. I have several in my room right now. My favorites are "Don't be like the rest of them, darling." and "the best is yet to come."

Most people have a ‘specialty’ that they always cook for special occasions, what is yours?:

Cheese dip with beans, cream cheese and shredded cheese. It's fricking delicious.

Are your toenails painted? What color?:

I suck at painting my nails but I do get pedicures when I know people are going to see my feet. Actually, I get pedicures when I know men are going to see my feet, which is funny 'cause men do not care.

Have you ever lost a toenail or fingernail? Nope.

Do you drive? On the left or right side of the road? You could call it that haha. I'm not the greatest driver, especially now in the winter.

Have you gotten any traffic tickets in the last year? It's been a while KNOCK ON A BIG CHUNK OF WOOD! (I used to get A LOT of tickets, back when I wasn't semi-terrified of driving haha.)

Are you superstitious? Not really but I believe in jinxing things.

Did you know... • elephants can't jump? • the thigh bone is thicker than concrete? • Disneyland has cats that roam around to catch mice but are not encouraged to interact with humans (aka no humans physically feed them) and that's why you never see them?

I knew the elephant one, but I had no idea about the other two! It must be extremely painful to break a thigh bone! And the fact that there are cats at Disneyland is pretty cool, actually.

13, 14, 24 (:

13. I don't know if "love" is really something you can believe in or not, like it clearly exists. I don't know about "true love" and I DEFINITELY don't believe in soul mates, but when you get down to it "love" is an emotion that most people feel in one form or another at some point in their lives.

14. Almost anything said by John Oliver's character in the first 3 seasons of Community will make me laugh so hard I have to pause the episode or I'll miss something

24. I am looking forward to my best friend coming back to town towards the end of June. I got to see her when she was back on business this last weekend and I can't wait to have her to myself all summer.
