WHAT’S MY CALLING?!
a lot of people feel like there is one specific “job” that God calls them to do. one specific major that God is calling them to do. one specific thing that God calls them to do. they want to make sure they pick the right one of those, because they want to be obedient to God. i do believe that for some people, God brings divine revelation that shows them clearly what God wants them to do. but for myself it was never that clearly defined.
whelp, for someone like me, John 6:28-29 is pretty noice.
“Then they said to him, ‘What must we do, to be doing the works of God?’ Jesus answered them, ‘This is the work of God, that you believe in him whom he has sent.’” John 6:28-29
pretty simple.
