Blessed to be SFC

I am a Catholic. Born and raised as it. But sometimes I preferred to be called Christian.

I joined Singles For Christ (SFC) last June 19, 2005. That was in Cabuyao Chapter 2, Laguna.

Now there's only SFC Cabuyao.

What is SFC?

It is one of the family ministry of Couples for Christ (CFC). We aim to evangelize single men and women with ages from 21 to 40 years as our vision states that "Every single men and women all over the world experiencing Christ."

I will be telling you more about my activities in SFC but for now let me tell you what did I get so far after joining the SFC Community.

Actually, before you even joined SFC, you'll be having already this 'Package':

New sets of friends. Well, if you believe that the one of the most precious wealth in this world is true friends, you may start gathering here. That's the first thing you will have by attending the Christian Life Program (CLP).

Free seminar, free merienda. Nowadays, these kind of things are rare but still the best things in the world are FREE.

Lot's of new learning. Personally, I've learned more about life, being a Christian, and getting to know more about God. I've learned how to love more and to improve the gifts and virtues that He gave me. I will tell you more about this in my upcoming post.

As I said, this is only the beginning.

Once your in it, it's really addictive. In a good sense of course.

Just stay there and I will be telling you more why it's more fun and blessed being a SFC.

Liar Game

I'm an anime fanatic.

Lately I've been addicted to this manga entitled 'Liar Game'.

I just found it last week. I already read the 144 manga episodes and I'm no waiting for the 145th.

As of now, I'm downloading it's live action series plus its movie 'Liar Game: The Final Stage'

I was shock to know that there's also one coming out this 2012, the 'Liar Game: Reborn'

I will not going to tell you anymore what is Liar Game all about because there's probably a dozens of blogs telling you so much about it.

It's 'One Hell of a battle of Wits!' astig! That's all I can say.

I'm always wonder how the author/writer/creator manage to come up with this kind of story. It was mind blowing and worthy of reading.

And as it's title says, Liar Game, you will so much to learn from this manga.

What did I get from it?

Well, first 'Doubting people' isn't bad after all. I realized that sometimes it is a means for us to get to know them.

Being honest all the time isn't bad but too much of it isn't good either.

Lot's of human tendencies and behavior...I love psychology!

Superb game strategies and mind puzzling techniques.

And most of all, I gained a new perspective.

Being in any situations, we must not forget who we really are.

It's not because it's a Liar Game that we need to lie and be untruthful to others.

It's not because everyone is doing it then it is the right thing to do.

'It's all about conquering that desires within you to succumb to your greed.'

Doubting someone is a means of getting to know them. Believing someone is without a doubt a noble act but a lot of people abandon all attempts to get to know others. In other words, what they masks with that concept is 'Indifference'. Being indifferent towards others is far more than worse than doubting them, but many people don't realize that.
