Knots. Twisted, tight, slippery strands that are so mingled in each other it's hard to decipher just where you should start--to try and de-knot it. Almost like your hollow spaces. The emptiness that's just so vast and so wide mountains can be grown in between. Maybe that's where your trust issues started, I question. Or maybe it's where you weren't receiving the love you always gave away, so freely. Maybe it's the disconnect between you and me. How every period in my life you turn into a question mark And how You're fire and I'm ice- always and forever incapable of compatibility. I could move mountains for what I feel for you, but I fear there's too much space in your heart. The void is too big, too high, too......always too much. I lack the courage and you lack the trust.
