What I Learned This Week
This week has been so busy thus far. For starters, I have been getting a lot more hours at my job (since I am part time) & I have been asking for more. I have been asking for my hours because I will be moving soon and need to save up as much as possible, also, when I transfer to another state I want to be on board as full time. So my prayers have been answered I am excited about more hours & moving. Next, as some know I have a love-hate relationship with working out. I love the next day soreness & results of working out but I don't like actually working out lol sometimes I dread it. But I will say this has been a great month for me working out because I am starting to see & feel results. I have been going concisely as well, which for a lot of people is very had because of (I'll just say) "life." I believe everyone should have a goal when it comes to working out, whether it's losing weight, gaining muscle, or having better stamina with cardio. My goal is to tone/gain muscle. Lastly, I have been donating a lot of my clothes and shoes because as I mentioned before I am moving out of the state. I first always go to Plato's Closet but they can be picky about a lot of the clothes you try to sell. I tried PoshMark & as soon as I uploaded a lot of pictures of my clothes I got sooo many followers but wasn't getting any offers from those followers or shares. Deleted it! When I get to my destination (California) I want to start fresh with a wardrobe I can flaunt every day (right now I have clothes I strictly go to work in). It feels good to get rid of a lot of clothes I haven't worn in months or years. I learned that H&M gives out 15% coupons for donating clothes. I LOVE H&M they are one of my favorites! So now that I am aware of H&M giving coupons I am going to be donating my clothes to them.
So what did I learn this week? - Hard work pays off - Never give up on a goal even if it takes time to see results - Giving back to receive something great
