Now you can Sign in to Coggle with your Microsoft Account!
We've never wanted to add username/password login to Coggle, because it's difficult to do securely, so from the very start we supported logging in Google accounts instead. This uses the OAuth 2.0 protocol to let you securely sign in without us having to deal with passwords, password resets, detecting suspicious signins, or any of that.
But what if you didn't have, or didn't want, a Google account? Unless you were prepared to pay for our business-grade version of Coggle there was no alternative.
But now there is!
We've added support for signing in with any Microsoft account, both personal accounts (formerly Windows Live accounts, and before that known as MSN accounts), and business-managed Organizational Microsoft accounts.
If you previously used a Google account you can now also sign in with a Microsoft account! Just make sure you're using the same email address for your Microsoft account as your existing primary email address.
