Releasing #attachment ~ The end of #Dukkha. Your true self doesn’t need to cling to feelings, thoughts, words, actions, or consequences. Your true self is not pre-programmed to feel anxiety, guilt, or negativity. We are brought up to think of negativity as something that makes us #human. We pull it deep within ourselves trying to make it one with our soul. Give yourself permission to release any feeling that does not make you feel amazing inside and out.
