{107-108/365} Days 107 and 108 of the #365daysofselfcare challenge involved seeing a musical I've never seen before - Flashdance. It was amazing - well worth a visit if you're in the Aberystwyth area! I was also prompted to read one of my favourite poems today - Leisure by W.H. Davies. I think his poem is the ultimate nod to self care: What is life if full of care we have no time to stand and stare?
