I know ALL the best ways to spend annual leave!! Seems to be an annual thing to get pain injections and I’m always offered this spot haha. Anyway hopefully they will help as it’s two months til my next pain assessment with a physio this time. With no guarantee they will help. Just wish there was a way to get treatments and relief from my conditions!!
