I have reached my highest level on crack ships and I don’t regret it. I mean, look at that pup being all happy over finally being 1cm taller than someone jshshsh so I had to doodle this while on the hospital (so pardon the messiness, I haven't been able to draw much these days srly)

Is wheerene even a thing tho idk jsjjjss I just wanted to start drawing red Velvet and bam (but.... I wouldn't be surprised if this was an actual thing cuz you never know with this fandom lol)

When I thought byul x irene is already a super rare ship, did you know that there's a wheein x irene ship?

Wheein sticks her hand out the dirty motel window, hints of smoke curling around her mouth as she observes Joohyun, on her back with the thin sheets leaving little to her imagination.

She taps her cigarette against the window sill before taking another drag.

“How can you smoke like that with a voice like yours?”

Wheein’s mouth twitches as Joohyun’s eyes flutter open, barely visible through mussed dark hair.

“It’s the only lucky thing about me,” she confesses as she squashes the butt against the window sill.  They just stare at each other in the dim light of dawn, bits of orange and purple leaking through the dirty glass onto Joohyun’s pale skin.

“I want to paint you. Someday.”

“I thought you said you’d give me art lessons.”

“After I paint you.”

“Didn’t you paint me last night?” To demonstrate, Joohyun shrugs a shoulder and reveals a purpling bruise on her collarbone, a difficult shade to mix on an easel but an easy color to draw out with a hard bite tempered with a lapping tongue.

Wheein smiles at the coy comment and shuts the window behind her before prowling toward the other woman waiting in the bed.  People always said she was like a puppy with her smile and her eyes but Joohyun knows what she really is.  Wheein is catlike in the way she nuzzles her face into Joohyun’s neck, gripping her thin waist with purpose.

“Shall I paint you again, Unnie?”

Joohyun tosses her bangs from her eyes and Wheein thinks that people have it wrong when they think Bae Joohyun is some timid rabbit.  There is something feral in the way the other woman looks at her before she crashes their mouths together, too much teeth and force.  

They pull apart for a moment, foreheads pressed together as Joohyun’s hands dig sharply into the back of Wheein’s neck.

“I think I’ll be painting you this time.  I need practice after all.”

god wheerene is so soft. wheein talking about how she wants to make a move on joohyun with hwasa, but she’s not sure if it’s something that she should do. all the while joohyun has been raving about wheein to seulgi, she just can’t get over wheeins vocal ability. joohyun goes on about how cute wheein is when she blushes and tucks her hair behind her little ears. and wheein, a mess. both of them really, are a mess

MAKE A MOVE WHEEIN, JUST MAKE A MOVE. it doesn’t have to be a big one but she’d be moved by a big one too TT but they’re so smitten with each other joohyun wouldnt need a big one. i’m so soft for them TT

(same anon) and on the other side, it's Joy who gets Joohyun to open up about it. Joy knows there's something going on, she can sense it in the way her leader has been sneaking out of the dorm way too often and her unusual attachment to her phone. Her guts tell Joy that there's someone and she knows it because she almost ended up being that someone for Joohyun some time ago, so she decides to tease her leader, even in front of the others, till she admits it one day they woke up alone in the dorm

you made me so emotional on a bus. i’m sitting here mourning for the joyrene that could have been. it must be bittersweet for her because really, she just wants irene to be happy too just like hwasa for wheein. but there’s always going to be a little bit of that “what if” as much as they’ve moved on. in some way, this is closure. teasing irene about it is her way of accepting it. and when irene tells joy about her relationship with wheein, she admits she carries some guilt for what did/didn’t happen with joy. as much as joy thought that’d be something she’d want to hear, it turns out she loves joohyun too much for that. she doesn’t want joohyun to carry any guilt. so she gives joohyun her blessing and makes her promise to bring wheein around and introduce them all properly. and if we’re being honest, it takes a while before joohyun promises because she’s terrified of what sooyoung and yerim would do to her girlfriend.

okay so you know how solar’s been pole dancing? what if she gets wendy into it as well. and they do doubles together. moonbyul would die. it would be overload. also moonbyul and wendy taking turns slinging greasy lines at solar. they would be relentless. also i love calling them moonsunshine 🥰

imagine joy and hwasa arguing about who wears red lipstick better. which leads to them crowding around a mirror and putting lipstick on. someone goes “who wouldn’t want to kiss these lips?” and i think we know how the rest goes

what else can i say about wheerene tho? i love them so much. one time wheein nags irene until she lets wheein draw on her. once they get swelter on the couch, irene watches as wheein carefully inks in an image on her inner inner wrist. irene tucks loose strands of wheein’s hair behind her ear with her free hand. a smile graces her lips when she realizes what wheein’s chosen for her temporary tattoo. with steady strokes, wheein imprints a tandem bicycle onto irene’s skin. they had both confessed to dreaming about going on a cliche date to the han river and riding a tandem bike. they went to the han river on their next day off together. irene doesn’t ever plan on getting a tattoo. but if she did, she wouldn’t mind getting this one.

I have this hc of Wheein casually opening up to Hwasa about her feelings for Joohyun. It's a summery day and they're both laying on Wheein's apartment rooftop with some poppy songs coming out from a little speaker they brought with them, and then Wheein says how she's been seeing Irene for what seems like a month already. Hwasa can sense a bit of nervousness in Wheein's voice which is weird, so she asks some casual things to make her feel safe and talk confortably. Oh, and they're together btw

TTTTTTTTT this reminds me of the time wheein said she cried out of happiness when hwasa told her she was finally dating the person she liked. wheein being nervous because she wants hwasa to approve of their relationship 😭😭😭 because irene isn’t anything like her past relationships. at least not on the surface. but hwasa hasn’t had the chance to get to know irene like wheein has. so she’s being careful with how she tells her closest friend. god i can imagine wheein crying when hwasa gives her her blessing. wheesa’s friendship makes me so emotional. they so earnestly want happiness for each other 😭😭😭 can you imagine hwasa struggling because she wants to give irene the Talk but how can she when irene is her sunbaenim and also so intimidating. the struggles
