sorry for the ask out of nowhere but I've recently rewatched fury (2014) and it's been making me vibrate for the last several days. no thoughts anymore, only nasty tank men and shia labeouf's big wet eyes.

anyway, I just wanted to cast a line into the void at someone who understands why this movie is making such a fool of me.

um do you have fury headcanons and opinions? if so I should like to hear them. if not nvm have a nice day

honestly fury is one of those war movies i yell at everyone to watch, i feel like it doesnt have as much a grip as it should. especially w shia laboofs big wet brown eyes

i have so many fury headcanons and opinions, most of my headcanons are for boyd but i have a few for grady. but a lot of them are like for au and rp scenarios so they end up kind of being situationally specific

outside of those qualifiers though:

one of the grady one's is that i think he's an orphan, i feel like it kind of explains his overall behavior. i also like the idea of him becoming a auto mechanic after the war, rather than going back to pig farming. i think he wants to be a father, but has no idea how to be one, but if he was given the chance he might make a good one.

boyd's are a little more personal for some au's @henrylevesconte and i have but one of them i like is that he wants to go to seminary after the war so he can become a pastor of his own church. i also dont really agree with the script being like "he has a wife and kids"
