#1: What to do when he calls/texts...

You all definitely know who I'm talking about...that one guy that caused a lot of heartache but you still have a twinge of feelings for them.

Don’t take one thousand years to answer because you think he’s an idiot, be an adult about it.

If you’re busy, say why you’re busy.

You can then ask them what they want to talk about or suggest they call back later.

If you’re not busy, have a mature conversation. Don’t seem overly emotional towards them, no matter how hard the process of getting over them has been.

DO NOT think it means anything. If he says he misses you, it’s probably only temporary, and if he says he wanted to call/text you because it’s been a while, just explain that you’ve been busy and list all the positive things that have happened in your life.

The next move is up to you. But, whatever you do, remember this is not a fix until he apologizes and accepts what he did to hurt you was out of line. I personally let him innate any further conversation after I am done with someone. They tend to be the ones who did something wrong.
