I’d say these are my signature breads cos I make them all the time. It’s a house staple. Milk loaves using Tong Zhong method. Sometimes I get lazy and not use Tong Zhong and they still come out super soft and nice crust on the outside. I slice and store them in the freezer, sealed. Ready for a quick morning breakfast on the go for the little one.
