Yess! Thats what I'm saying! Who's to say that the United Nations Heads weren't just assholes. They were actively being racist toward Reyes. They might've known that he had racial issues before and were like "Let's just bring this shit up again." Overwatch wasn't a stand alone corporation, after all. Ugh, I just like the idea of the UN being this corrupted organization that just fucked with everyone. I just yes. Give me my corruption!!!

I appreciate the enthusiasm, but I’m not saying that Overwatch itself was an immensely corrupt organization! Frankly, I think there was a lot of problems and a lot of issues between Overwatch and the UN and especially with whoever decided that Blackwatch was a good idea, but the UN being an entirely corrupt organization just seems... a little bit much for me, friend. 

Racism is part of the everyday world - my belief regarding the racism involved in what was going on is more that the UN officials were just plain not immune to the racially biased messages we all receive in our society and that they didn’t analyze their deeper motives, not that they were specifically trying to incite Reyes to being a terrorist. That was his not stellar idea.

The UN isn’t perfect, no governing body is but they were... well, right to disband Overwatch over Blackwatch. I mean, a terrifying covert ops team designed and sent to violate countries’ sovereignty and send in assault and tactical operatives to carry out missions without great oversight is well, terrifying, like I said.
