Its been some time | Recap Summer 2017

Summer 2017 just passed and looking back I already feel my memory failing me.  All the highs and lows steamrolled into a smooth UI of Instagram pictures. To name a few before I completely forget, I’ll outline them in a rose, bud, thorn style.  An icebreaker I played for the first time with Velociraptors just one week ago.

Rose - Summer Stacks got 2nd place at Complex.  Raptors Camp, Summer Stacks, and MVP were great places to make friends.  I got into friggin’ Velociraptors!? 

Bud - About to hit a milestone at work, excited to lead an AFX project team with two great friends I met this Summer, excited to volunteer more at Full Out Studios

Thorn - We broke up? still confused about what we are, but we’re not talking right now, only sending snap streak Snapchats

I guess another rose to follow up is that my friends have been really supportive and helpful.  

A couple of other memories that are pretty paramount to this Summer include

- becoming obsessed with Casey Neistat -> becoming obsessed with skateboards, biking, basically faster transportation

- buying a used bike and totalling it within a half mile, injuring myself to the point where I couldn’t dance all out for a week

- redemption bike ride across the Golden Gate to Sausalito

I’ll probably add to this as I remember things from time to time.  I also want to note/remember that something about processing things linearly inspired me to pick this thing back up again.
