Remember that time wherefeathersfall wrote this awesome and depressing poem about me.
My Ellie wrote a poem about me and she sent it to me months ago but I never read it. I have read it over and over and over again all night. It is so beautiful. Sad, but beautiful and I love her for it.
It makes me all nostalgic for the time we spent together sitting in the healing garden and writing about random words from the dictionary. Things were much simpler then... yet also unknowingly complex.

hey! you at a writing workshop this summer?
Kinda! Next week I'm going to a journalism intensive at Point Park University in Pittsburgh. But my big thing this summer is an acting intensive.
Why do you ask? :)
She didn't ask him to come. She didn't ask him to love her. He stands at her door with roses in hand; she turns her back, feeding tube thread through, replenishing the monster of her soul; the anorexia. She stops breathing as his flowers dent the wooden desk with their weight, they threaten to break through to her core, she catches his hand before he turns. His eyes, at once gentle and incendiary, exhale his last promises. He follows the darkness. Away from his love, fading with the wind.
