He was back to staring at the other Miracle City villain. Doing nothing. But staring. The reason wasn't clear. Maybe it was because he was thought he was just really cool. Maybe it was because he didn't have anything better to do than live in the past and seek revenge and misdirect his anger. That would have made sense.
