any time someone pulls up legal / technical definitions of any term or action in response to being called out or confronted for their own behavior, and leans solely on said definitions for their own defense, it is a very clear indication that they have no fucking clue how to operate as a thinking, sympathetic, functioning member of society and deserve every ounce of resentment and bitterness they get. and you .... lol ... are no exception
