Actually now I'm curious. Are there any poly/more than one relationship mods? Cause I really want to do a replay as engineer Shepard and romance both Garrus and Tali

Man I wish there were. I've actually heavily looked into this because... I mean, same! I play as an Engineer Shep and want to romance Garrus and Tali.

Currently, there are no mods for LE that allow poly/multiship romancing. RIP.

.... That said, you COULD probably pull off 'experiencing' two (or more) relationships in one playthrough using the Trilogy Save Editor mod! Effectively, by using the save editor, you could manipulate the relationship points in the game files to allow for both.

That said, I haven't yet tried it myself (though I've considered it) just because it'd go a little bit sideways for the same-gender romancing. I think if successful, one of them would refer to you with the 'wrong' pronouns in Tali & Garrus' case (depending on your base chosen gender in game. Since the active game, unhacked/unmodded, refers the romance lines only to the officially dialogue-linked lines, so Tali would refer to a BroShep while Garrus would refer to a FemShep). The mod creator seems interested in feedback for anyone who tries that sort of romance work (especially with LE3) so you could always post about it in the Nexus forums if you try it out~

I remember like a year ago reading a post detailing all the things that appear in Star Wars fanfic but are fanon and not canon. One of those things was that there was no nexus of the dark side beneath the Temple on Coruscant.

As I had already started LT, and had already decided on including the Wellspring, when I saw that post I shrugged and was like well ok fine, it’s fanon, who cares?

Now I’m reading Star Wars: Complete Locations and came across this on the Temple Complex page:

All agree Coruscant’s temple was built around and within a natural spire considered sacred by local Coruscanti as a locus of power, and which drew Force-wielders of numerous traditions. The roots of this now-hidden mountain conceal forgotten grottos and lost shrines that remain rich wellsprings of the Force.

So, having a wellspring in a grotto under the Temple is canon not fanon. I guess the part about it being exclusively dark is fanon. Nonetheless—I giggled furiously when I saw that they used the word Wellspring as I’d thought I was just making that up for LT 😂

I am not sure where I’ve mentioned this so sorry if it’s a repeat post but I’m legally changing my first name next year. And it has been so wonderful seeing the response from people I’ve told about my new name. I’ve gotten a range of responses from “HELL YEAH FUCK YOUR PARENTS NAME YOURSELF”* to “okay cool” and it’s been awesome. Some friends have started changing my name in group chats because they kept trying to tag my new name and got frustrated my “wrong” name kept popping up.

I know the real battle is going to be once I change my name on my facebook page, as that is where I keep in distant touch with a lot of my blood relatives. Some won’t blink and others are going to be...upset. But fuck em. I got my new name and that’s that.

I’ve been thinking about it and I’m putting in for the name change on my next birthday. It’s my bday present to myself.

*Those who have been in my life for a while all have the same kneejerk reaction to my upbringing. Also heartening.
