*Storms out of the room*
“Aw come on, sugar, don’t be like that!” Harley called after the other woman, nervously pulling one of her pigtails over her shoulder and beginning to braid it. “At least don’t start making your plants grow again, you know I hate that!” She called, waiting for a biting remark. When none came, she took a moment, braided the other pony tail and sighed, following Ivy from the room.
“Ivy.” She said, coming to a stop at the entrance to the darkened room. She could barely see save for the luminescent plants that thrived at night. A lot of the things that grew in this place were poisonous, but she trusted Ivy enough not to let her touch or ingest anything that could make her sick or kill her.
“Ivy.” She said again, walking carefully into the room before almost keeling over the large soft plant that acted as her roommates bed. Crawling upwards, she first wrapped her hand around a calf and followed it up till she was cuddled up against the toxic woman - her best friend, her dearest.
“I’m sorry.” She murmured against the pale green shoulder, placing a tender kiss there. “I didn’t mean it. Forgive me.”
