    ever  doting  on  the  only  boy  to  ever  truly  capture  his  heart  ,  cole  can’t  help  but  try  to  properly  express  just  how  much  cody  means  to  him  ,  in  whatever  way  he  can  manage  while  also  keeping  in  mind  to  try  not  to  overstep  whatever  boundaries  there  may  be  .   and  this  is  just  another  one  of  those  attempts  ,  starting  with  leading  the  other  by  hand  into  the  bathroom  with  a  small  grin  settled  upon  his  features  .  and  there  ,  sitting  by  the  faucet  in  a  cheap  little  plastic  cup  is  a  toothbrush  ,  alongside  his  own  ,  with  a  little  cody:)  etched  upon  it  as  if  they  needed  more  distinguishing  other  than  the  fact  it’s  a  different  colour  than  his  own  .   ‘   hear  me  out  ,  okay  ?   ’    nervously  ,  cole  mumbles  ,  knowing  this  might  be  a  bit  overbearing  without  context  and  he’s  glancing  at  their  shared  reflection  through  the  mirror  above  the  sink  trying  to  read  cody’s  expression  ;   thankfully  he’s  already  prepared  with  an  explanation  .   ‘   this  isn’t  like  ...  a  move in with me  or  anything  ,  but  ...  i  just  figured  ...  y’know  .  for  when  you  do  stay  over  ,  you’ll  have  like  ...  some  of  your  own  stuff  already  here  so  you  don’t  have  to  worry  about  packing  a  bag  or  anything  .   ’    shrug  of  broad  shoulders  as  his  grip  on  cody’s  hand  loosens  a  little  ,  so  as  not  to  overwhelm  the  younger  ,  though  he’s  holding  his  breath  anxiously  waiting  for  whatever  reaction  may  come  his  way  .
