it’s my cat’s birthday today he is TWO years old everybody clap for him and give him pets and love
my extremely loud son did very well at his first vet appointment today! he smelled lots of new smells and heard lots of new noises, purred so constantly that the doctor had trouble listening to his heart, and saw a dog for the first time. here he is yelling about how he is not tall enough to see out the window (he stopped meowing after I lifted him up to see), and all tuckered out afterwards, taking a well-earned nap

I know it’s a completely normal cat thing to do but jesus I’d really love it if my wonderful perfect feline son would close both sets of eyelids while sleeping

Extremely proud of my boy today. He got his annual exam, two vaccines, blood drawn, and goop put in his eyes, and was a perfect sweetheart the whole time. The only time he started yelling or whining was when no one was actively paying attention to him; he watched his own blood get drawn with what I can only describe as mild bemusement. They said he looks very well taken care of, so I guess I’m proud of myself too 🥰
