harry was IN A BAND BEFORE 1D. he was willingly in a band before 1d was put together. he was obviously happy being in white eskimo, and happy being in one direction.

sorry if i dont believe for a second that harry was "always gonna leave and build a big solo career." i firmly believe he would have been the same as louis- waiting for the band to come back, waiting to do a solo career- if he hadnt been groomed by jeff azoff from 2013 onward into thinking a solo career was necessary for him. if he hadnt been pushed as the "lead singer of 1d" by syco.

i think, innately, harry was just as attached to and enmeshed in the band and band life as louis was. the only reason he didnt do the same thing louis did was because of the industry sharks surrounding him, who wanted him signed and pumping out solo music as fast as possible to line their pockets.

Hi do you know of the post that explains Harry's old MySpace he had?

I was working on a post about that but lost what I had written, so here’s a new version of it!

I’m fairly certain that the whole thing is fake. And I think back in the day people had debunked it.

The main evidence for it being real was the date of the posts. They were dated from 22nd of June 2010 until 2013. Then it was deleted and someone else used the account. So the strongest evidence in its favor was that this was before he was famous, so no one would be trying to impersonate Harry because nobody knew him yet.

However, Tumblr, being the ever-so-unhelpful website that it is, has this feature that allows you to backdate posts. Meaning the date on a post can be changed. So by the time this blog was archived into the wayback machine by a fan it already had the changed dates.

Another thing I noted was that on one of the pictures where “Harry” talks about his ex boyfriend, there’s a watermark for “niallssmile”. The picture is dated July 15th 2010. And a pre-Xfactor Harry would not have known Niall yet, much less have a personal picture of his be watermarked.

This is allegedly “Nick Clough” who he allegedly “dated” before being in White Eskimo together. I could not verify anything about Nick.

So in conclusion: I’m marking this as debunked and another elaborate fan made piece of “evidence” that is not actually evidence at all.
