Poach your appetite with unique Vietnamese-inspired brunch flavours starting with the “smash'em'veggie” which had a good balance of taste and textures. Continue with the “veggi breakfast bun” on matcha brioche bun, which unfortunately wasn’t a stand out for my palate, but the “no carb's brekky” was a simple dish made beautifully.
