Random Jordan Li Thought
The necklace.
It's been bugging me. 1 because guy with sliver chain necklace -HOT. Thanks Hush Hush. 2 because pale skinned, black haired guy with silver necklace - also Hush Hush (kidding). (although fuck knows why I did not clock that Patch is fucking Spanish. I imagined him as ghostly pale with black hair and eyes for YEARS, until I was like wait he's got dark skin? But not the first time or last time I've totally ignored the physical description of a character).
No 1 because yes guy with a silver chain necklace - HOT. 2 I thought a lot about the fact that Jordan is wearing pink combats that day, they're still wearing the pearl necklace in the scene and I then I looked at a gifset of it and HOLY SHIT.
Half of it is a pearl necklace, half of it is a heavy silver chain. It's a necklace for both forms. Now I don't know if there's gonna be a big thing about wearing it one way up or another but both genders are represented in this necklace and I just think it's a really cool detail. Quick research suggests it's pearls back most of the time but it's early days.
EDIT: to this post, nowhere is Jordan wearing a skirt, I don’t know why I thought they were, nor is their clothing anywhere particularly feminine or masculine specific. Sorry everyone I should have looked more closely.
