Siris...wore thin some days. Being forced to conceal your true feelings for the benevolent being that rescued you can do that to a person. Working through her insufferable tantrums, living with the constant anxiety of the Devil coming to know of his existence and still trying to cling onto the small hope he had of getting out of this world....it just became too much too often. “Etihw. I don’t want you.”
“!!!” The words came out of his mouth before he could stop them. He’d been on his way out of the room and had made a fatal mistake; Siris had told Etihw the truth. Not the ‘truth’ she always wanted to hear, but the truth that told of how he saw their relationship. Strictly business. And as expected-
-she didn’t take the rejection well.
“GAH!” A terrifyingly powerful grip found itself in his hair before he was forcibly dragged out of the room. Damn him! Damn his mouth! Shit, where the hell was she taking him?!
