Maya and Leigha went to the usual burger place to grab a bite to eat before heading off to Nicks office to bother him. Time seemed to pass by quickly as they spent most of the time in the burger joint joking around and laughing at each other. Before they knew it, it was already dark out and there was a huge storm cloud over the city. However, they were still too busy joking around to notice the storm cloud. While they were walking to Nicks office, Maya felt something drop onto her nose. Thinking it was nothing, she just casually rubs her nose and continues walking. All of a sudden, it starts pouring.
“What the!? I don’t remember the weatherman say it was going to be raining today!” Maya said, annoyed.
The girls run to take cover at the nearest shelter, to at least get out of the rain. Neither of them had an umbrella so they had to decide on what to do next.
Leigha has died

Phoenix stared blankly at the anon. The words had registered, but it felt like a piece of his very soul had been ripped from him. How could this happen? Was it an accident? Was it a murder? Phoenix felt the desire to know begin to build up, but instead of asking questions, he merely spoke so softly, uttering the word ‘no’ over and over again.
Slowly, the devastated attorney fell to his knees before hunching forward, tears flowing free from those blue eyes of his. He brought his hands to his head, gripping at his spiky hair. Before he knew it, he threw back his head and screamed,
“NOOOOO!!
LEIGHA, NO… No…
Please…”
He was shaking so hard. Lurching forward, he could feel his stomach drop. His beloved Leigha… Gone. Dead. He couldn’t believe it. How could she just… die?
“H-How… did she… die…?” Phoenix asked, softly. He sat there, staring at the ground, waiting for an answer as to how she could have died. Nothing made sense to him. Everything was eerily silent. He needed some sort of noise to break this ungodly silence…
