What a difference!!!!
Back in 2015 when I started to put the plan together for the coffee truck, I made the mistake of going to Larry Perez and Denver custom food trucks. I was green and didn’t know better and I paid way too much for a horrible product.
Lesson learned and five years later I have finally upgraded the truck and so far it’s gorgeous. I still have some work to do and have to fix the graphic on the right side but otherwise it’s coming along nicely and I can’t wait to get her back up and running I’m hoping to be open by the end of March or early April at the latest.
I have long meant to dive deeper in to this chart. When I did my first cupping, this was on the table for guests and it helped me quite a bit. If you genuinely want to develop your palette, print this or have it handy next time you try that super spendy, single origin with your morning noms. ;)
