This is the beginning for the last time. However don’t mistake it for a weight loss journey. This go around I’ll be training. Lifting to grow strong, running to become fast, stretching to be flexible, and eating to fuel it all. Starting at 200 pounds, 5 feet and 5 inches tall, with five months to hit it as hard as I possible can. So watch me carefully, check in, and stay updated, because I promise as the months pass my body will transform in ways that seem impossible. Losing weight is easy,
If your perfect. It's easy if you never had a problem saying no to food. It's easy if you don't love sugar or bread or anything fried. It's easy if you have the time or money to avoid fast & cheap foods. It's easy losing weight if you aren't a full time student with a full time job and no free time to exercise. If you don't work from 9 to 5 then come home make dinner for your family. Losing weight is easy when you've never had a problem with your weight. But for most of us it is actually hard. That's not an excuse it's the truth. When my family and friends criticizes me for choosing to eat heathy. When waking up at 6 am to exercise is impossible because I just got off work at 2am. When I'm not perfect, it is actually hard. But hey .. I'm trying my best and that's what matters. So fuck off.

I'm so out of shape! It's crazy! So I'm giving myself 10 days to prep before I go into beast mode.
Post run, workout, AND dance practice. It's week 2. And I have to be serious! All that sweat doesn't come easy!!!
August Training
Since I've been cleared to begin exercising and August begins this week I'm EXTREMELY motivated to dive right back in where I left off. This month (for me) is all about preparation for September so here is my small daily requirements list: Nutrition: * 60oz water daily * Vegetables at every meal Exercise: * Walk/jog 30mins daily * 100 jumping jacks, 75sit ups, 50 squats, 25 push ups daily
