{--Tbh I find it kind of funny that every time Mori assigns someone to keep Chuuya under surveillance, they just end up coming out and telling him. Like, good job guys. Gold star. Model employees.--}
stop being dramatic over a tail, headache #2. it's not the end of the world.
"Easy for you to fuckin' say!"
"Do I seriously look like I'd eat paper?"
Someone: Pianoman, why are you grabbing an entire bulk sized bottle of aspirin?
Pianoman: I need it to deal with this headache I've been having-- Pianoman, hurling it at Chuuya: GO TO BED.

"I can see that, even if I was beginning to wonder..."
The deadline for the counterfeit notes had long ago passed, but Pianoman had insisted that he would see it done. Just have more patience. While Mori had been skeptical, and wondered if the young man was all just hot air and a waster of time, eventually he had delivered, and every single note passed inspection with more than flying colors.
Yes, the wait was longer, but even their best authenticators found it impossible to tell apart the real from the fake, which meant it would also fly right under the noses of any more legal authorities that scrutinized the young man's handiwork.
Well, the same as quality was better than quantity, so too was perfection better meted out when it was ready rather than rushed and flawed. Haste could be just as, if not more, wasteful than doing no work at all.
Hopefully with more practice, this young upstart would also manage to refine his timeliness with seeing a job done. For now though, his attention to detail still left Mori quite satisfied.
"Well, better late than never, as they say. I'm glad to see you've delivered as promised, even if it took us some while to get here. I look forward to seeing what else you're able to accomplish, given enough time."
@whlteflag sent: "you have an interesting accent. where are you from exactly?" @ alekt
"Originally I'm from Norway. I spent most of my childhood there, but I've also spent a decent amount of time in America as a teenager and I've traveled a little bit to various other countries for short periods of time, most of them in Europe."
