The IZims

Today I am blessed! I woke up this morning and went to an appointment and went straight to the gym thereafter! I had a great workout. Feeling pumped! I measured my waist and I am down 2 inches. These work outs are definitely not only making me feel good but I am seeing the difference in my clothes fit! YA! I started working out in May, religiously! I go at least 3 times a week, if not more! The funny thing iz, I am not able to work out my upper body but that does not stop me from working out. I do a lot of running (which by the way I HATED but now I cut 2 minutes off my mile HYPED), the elliptical and tons of leg exercises! It feels good! I was really down at first because of all that iz going on. No current full time job no real income coming in etc! I feel that working out keeps me some what sane (if you know me you know that I am slightly insane ha). The moral to this iz, regardless of how hard things are do something for yourself no matter what! I believe in my heart that there is a blessing coming and I will not allow my current situation deter me from that thought! Find something that you like to do and do it! What do you have to lose! NOTHING! Now go about your day!
