What we Chow Wednesday – Asparagus
Asparagus is one of my favorite vegetables for many reasons. It tastes great, easy to cook, full of nutrients like Folic acids, potassium, fiber, vitamin B6, A and C. It does not have any fat, cholestrol and is very low in sodium. I love to serve sauteed asparagus as a side with spicy hamburgers or a juicy steak.
