Food Prep & Packed Lunches
"Food Prep Sunday" is the only way I can manage Whole30 working full time here in the city. Packed lunches are essential as well. Inexpensive Whole30 compliant lunch spots are few and far between. Though I should mention, if I'm in a pinch, I'm thankful to have a Pret A Manger around the corner from my work.
I pack enough food to get me through the day until I'm home around 7:30pm for Dinner.
