Okay. I've breathed a little. This is a simple fix.
There is no way whatsoever that Ezra's just going to leave them there. And now he knows how to find them and how to get there (Purgill/Jonah Express) and back again.
Hera undoubtedly has shore leave piled up. If Jacen's living with her, then she doesn't have to worry about using it up to visit him all the time and that woman's a workaholic, we all know it. Plus, now they know they can get there safely, she knows she can bring Jacen along.
So. Hera, Ezra, Chopper and Jacen are going to go on a reunion tour. Pick up Zeb (he has ten years worth of grief to give Ezra, and it's Sabine) who will probably bring Kallus with him (they are searching for a fellow Fulcrum, after all), then pick up Rex (it's Ahsoka, that is his little sister, end of story).
Then Ezra's going to call the purgill, they'll load up the Ghost, they'll bring their girls and Huyang home (and probably Shin because I got a feeling she's gonna turn good at some point, I have no idea where this whole thing with Baylan's going), and then Ezra can go finish what he started on Lothal all those years ago and smack Thrawn into the next flipping galaxy. Y'know, again. With less getting himself stranded this time.

The Gods inside Holmes might be Mitra (also known as Mithra, Maitreya and Mithras) and Nyx or Mitra and Aletheia
I know Mithra from Hindu mythology! I have heard quite a bit about Theosophy's Maitreya and the Zoroastrian take on Mithra and I have to say in some ways it can be really fitting...
For Nyx I wasn't really understanding at first but I did ask one of Holmes/EXTRA's authors regarding the matter and it seems like a pretty good guess 🤔 admittedly I am not aware about Greek mythology at all... don't know anything about Aletheia (Google says it is the concept of disclosing the truth)
It is really interesting to speculate! A lot of guesses seem to play on the concept of 'truth and it's revealing', which does play into Holmes' nature...but the Apostles seem to take up a role contradictory to what their true self is, so I really wonder whether we are barking up the right tree or not....
Well! We can only find out in December! Hopefully?!
