I got a sample of MCMC Phoenix, which is a really spicy neroli thing with not enough peach, basically, but the box read:

Phoenix is about a girl I know. With fair skin and light blond hair, she's ethereal and beautiful like a mythical fire bird. When I call her she does not come, but she floats in and out of my life.

and I mean I can really get into the fragrance marketing You'll Feel Desirable, and Like You Will Confuse People, Is That How You Do Sexy thing but, uh, I'm not buying any aspirational womanhood which includes "she does not come." Also, that's stupid. Also, this fragrance is flat, try harder.

They do, however, make a candle called DUDE No. 1, which is, um, cute?
