alex wouldn’t ever consider himself much of a morning person, but there’s something about being awake before the rest of the world that really seems to put him at peace. at home, he would sometimes get up just after the sun rises to go out for a walk. the dewy grass and warm morning sun never failed to pull on the corners of his lips and put him in a better mood for the rest of the day. there’s something vastly overrated about the way the world sounds as it’s just waking up.
