I think the best thing about that whole damn episode was that Jake had to have spent AGES planning it and thinking carefully about exactly how everyone would react and how he could get just him and Amy in that evidence lockup at the end of it all without fail and I just. He knows his family so well and Amy especially and he managed to create that special moment just the two of them in the room where it kinda all began and i will never be over this

can we just appreciate the fact that rule abiding - law abiding - Amy Santiago did not even once object to Jake having a phone in prison?!? like she just wants to see him so bad and hearing his voice is the next best thing i suppose and Jake risked becoming a snitch in a dangerous prison just so he had the chance to talk to her every day??? i’m so dead please
