What are your top 5 favorite whump tropes?

Worry - #1 trope is worried friends/loved ones. When I write, I rarely whump someone without at least one other character present. If I rewatch whump scenes, I look for little details of worry in the surrounding characters.

Collapsing - My favorite thing about this one is that there are so many ways to do it. Just a stumble? Slumping to the side? Full-on passing out? In front of people or alone?

Headaches - Migraines, head injuries, maybe something magic or supernatural. All good.

Memory loss - See above lol

Delirium - Again, the possibilities. From fever, blood loss, lack of sleep? Who knows! (Not them!)

You know what a deadass good whump thing would be, trying to get around being sore. Like sore abs (I have some) fucking suck cause you cant do anything. It's hard to lay down a mid then when you manage to lay down, it hurts to sit up or even stand up. Also, getting rid of being sore by exercising (that's how you do that) and accidentally overworking oneself. Like, that's some god-tier subtle, simple, but amazing whump.
