-Excursion-
When Sypha gets excited it doesn’t take her very long to put anything together. It’s less than an hour before she has the wagon loaded, the horses ready, and she and Trevor well on their way down the road.
She tries to look nonchalant as they pass Trevor’s tree, chosen in his childhood to be his playhouse. The first time they passed it, it looked as though it had been struck by lightning. It was rotted and cracked down the middle, limbs drooping as though they were ready to fall off. By some strange miracle that Sypha clearly has no idea about has sprung it’s limbs back up and they’re even sprouting new twigs. The deep crack down the middle seems to be... Mending? And the rot has fallen away like old bark. She gently urges the horses along, refusing to look at it aside from a pleased passing glance. She wasn’t sure her spell would even work from the distance, but she’s been putting steady effort into it. A simple daily spell, almost a daily prayer to bless the tree and it’s health, even while she was stuck in bed ill. She decides to distract him with conversation.
“So, Trevor! Are you planning on getting supplies for our bed?” She grins wide, shrugging her shoulders up, giddy at the thought.
