       He and Harper ended things on good terms.       She knew that Sasha was more interested       in men, and was really great about their        whole split — especially since she had some-       one else lined up on the side too.  Their        romantic relationship wasn’t meant to be,       but she’s still a major part of his life.

       She was really one of his only major relationships.

Thanks. You didn’t You didn’t have to do that.”

Not that she wasn’t grateful for it. She was. Lost, maybe, but grateful.  

     "I know."

          He sat beside her and shrugged; it           hadn't been a big deal -- she seemed           to need some kind of comfort, and a           blanket was the best he could muster.

     "It's just a blanket."
