“I know, I know you don’t want Dada to leave but Uncle Thor is busy so I have to take his place.”
You huffed and crossed your arms. You would’ve been very intimidating if you weren’t tucked into your Daddies’ bed and wearing star pajamas. You would not be forgiving Thor for interrupting your cuddle time with Steve.
He kissed your forehead as another apology. “Baba should be back from his workout soon and you can cuddle with him until I get back. Here’s your Ellie elephant.” He handed you the stuffed animal. “Keep her company for me, okay?”
“Ellie mad at you too!” You made the elephant shake her chubby leg. “She say ‘bad dada! why you leave?’”
You and Steve burst into laughter at your joke. He knew you somewhat understood why he had to go. Your neediness just wouldn’t allow you to let him leave so easily.
Steve kissed both you and Ellie again. “Goodbye to the both of you, I really do have to go now.”
You made Ellie wave. “Bye bye, Dada! Miss you already!”
