You know, it's only when you're sick sick, like on your literal deathbed that you truly see people for who they are. They might be your closest ones. Your family. Your children. And yet, they're also the ones that hurt you the most. After doing this private nurse stint for a while, that's what I've come to realise. I don't understand how family members can turn on you like that.
