⚠️Midweek Motivation: my question to you is....WHY ARE YOU WAITING ? . . I have worked with hundreds of women & that has always been one of the biggest excuses .... I say excuse because it is! . . . ⛔It's a delay tactic for putting something off that you KNOW you want for yourself but what you will need to face or go through scares you too much so you delay. . . . ⚠️When it comes to your body you must not delay!!! Every day that passes is a day older and I don't say that to make you depressed, I say that to wake you up! . . . 💞It's the beauty of our body. It has the ability to change and transform and do incredible things but the beauty of its mortal fragility is just as powerful. . . 😕Why waste every prescious day you have in this body feeling insecure, uncomfortable, depressed, lonely, in pain (physically and mentally), weak, exhausted, unworthy?!?!?!? . . . 😔Every day that passes is a day lost that you could FEEL loved, fulfilled, strong, emergized, confident, worthy, your best!!! . . . 😔They say life is short, yet we postpone the things that really matter! 😔They say you only live once, yet we abuse & mistreat our bodies as if we could trade them in at a later date... . . . ⭐We wait for the right time, less stress, more security, better circumstances...but the truth Is, THIS MOMENT is the best time you'll ever have to take action & take that step towards what you want. . . . ⭐I have regrets in my life, things I can't change...but I promised myself 4 years ago that I'll never waste one more day hating body.
