So far, we’ve visited Gates, RJs, CharBar, and Joe’s. Joe’s has stood out with the ribs and brisket. RJs with smoked wings, CharBar with burnt ends. Gates we need to revisit earlier in the day, admittedly it was right before closing.

The lot at Joe’s has been insane every time I drive by. While I can imagine they got a shot of people lined up by luck, I think it may be pretty typical of Joe’s. Definitely a big favorite for a lot of reasons.

Saturday I was shopping for new cars, and kept thinking of this fun fact. I’m still buying the safest car I can afford. Just in case.
